Returns & Exchange Policy

At Chahat Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, our returns and exchange process is simple and hassle-free with no questions asked.

1. Our Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the day you receive your item(s) to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility and Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • With all original tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to decline returns if items show visible signs of wear or use, or if the original packaging is missing or damaged.

3. Products Exempt from the Returns Policy

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Digital products or gift cards.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact our customer service team at @chahataccessoriesgmail-com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions and a return shipping address. Package your item securely in its original packaging and ship back at your expense. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for refunds, which will be deducted from the refund amount. We offer free standard shipping on your first exchange for a different size/color. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) for a free replacement, refund, or exchange.

6. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after we have processed the return.

7. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at chahataccessories@gmail.com to resolve the issue.

8. For deliveries outside India, Freight and Tariffs will not be returned. You will be requested to ship the products to any charity of your choice at your cost, and the cost of the product shall be credited back to your account for future purchases.
